D9 Vision AI for eBay, Walmart, Amazon and Back Market

Photograph it once. Sell it everywhere.

D9 Vision AI reads your photos and writes the title, condition, item specifics and a market price. One click puts it live on every marketplace — and when it sells, offers, shipping, returns, messages and profit all run from the same place.

D9 Vision AI

From a photo to sold, without retyping a thing.

Five steps, one system. Scroll through what happens to one item — the same thing that happens to every item you list.

  1. Shoot it on your phone

Open a photo session from the listing and shoot with your phone — no app to install. Every picture lands in the listing open on your computer.

    • Clean up backgrounds and straighten crooked shots in one pass
    • The original of every cleaned photo is kept, so you can switch back
    • Drag to reorder; the first photo becomes the main one
  2. D9 Vision AI writes the draft

D9 Vision AI reads the photos — labels, model numbers, wear — and drafts the title, condition, description and item specifics. You review every field before anything is saved.

    • Catalog matches come from real Amazon, Walmart and eBay results, never made up
    • A full listing from photos is 3 AI credits; every plan includes credits each month
    • Ask from the phone: the listing on your computer runs the analysis
  3. Price it against the market

Sold and active eBay comps and your own past sales sit beside the price field, with a suggested list price you can use in one click.

    • A plain verdict: in line, above or below the market
    • Hide lots and match condition to compare like with like
    • On Growth and up, a listing can follow the market within your floor and ceiling
  4. Publish to every marketplace

One editor with a tab per marketplace — its own account, catalog match and readiness checks — so you know it will go through before you press Save & publish.

    • One SKU links the eBay, Walmart, Amazon and Back Market listings to one item
    • Readiness checks name what each marketplace still needs, with a Fix button
    • Cross-list a batch of listings to other marketplaces as drafts
  5. Sell it once — every count follows

When it sells on one marketplace, D9 lowers the quantity on the others in seconds. The marketplace confirms first; D9 records only what it accepted.

    • Over-listed and “needs ending” views catch anything still live elsewhere
    • A sync never overwrites your titles or prices — you choose which side wins
    • A full history per item: price, quantity, photos and who changed what

eBay offer desk

Answer every Best Offer with the market in front of you.

Offers from every eBay account land in one inbox, most urgent first. Each one opens beside sold comps, your cost and your past sales — so accepting, countering or declining takes one look.

Illustration with sample data — the real desk, filled with a sample offer
  • A verdict in plain words

Each offer is checked against the typical sold price on eBay, the cheapest live listing and what you last sold one for.

  • Every number on one bar

Your cost, the offer, the market’s middle range and your list price on one scale — the gap is obvious at a glance.

  • Counter in one click

Counter prices come from the market: the median, the upper market, your last sale, or meeting in the middle.

  • The whole negotiation

Every offer and counter in order, with how far apart you are and when the current one expires.

Shipping, returns & messages

When it sells, the rest of the day is one desk away.

Orders from every marketplace account land in one queue, sorted by ship-by deadline. Returns and buyer messages sit one click over — each with the order, the item and the buyer already on screen.

Ship what’s due first. Never type a tracking number.

  • Every account’s orders in one queue by ship-by deadline: overdue, due today, tomorrow
  • “Ship together” boxes group a buyer’s orders to the same address
  • Compare rates, buy and print the label; tracking goes back to eBay, Walmart, Amazon and Back Market on its own
  • Pack & verify: scan each unit into the box, record serials and IMEIs as it ships
Illustration with sample data

Every return in one list, by the step it’s on.

  • eBay, Walmart, Amazon and Back Market returns sync on their own, sorted into needs action, in transit, received and refund
  • Approve, mark received and refund eBay returns right from the drawer
  • Scan the returned unit: D9 checks it against the serial or IMEI you shipped
  • Put it back in stock once — the quantity goes back where it belongs

Buyer questions answered while you’re still on the order.

  • eBay messages (inbox and sent) and Back Market care conversations in one inbox; Amazon buyer threads linked to their orders
  • Filter by marketplace; the item and order sit beside the thread
  • Draft a reply with AI from the message and the listing — then edit and send
  • Saved templates and quick replies for the questions you get every day

Profit dashboard

Know what you actually kept.

Revenue minus marketplace fees, cost of goods and label spend — by marketplace and by item. Fees come from your eBay, Amazon and Walmart payouts, not estimates, and the tax exports are ready when your accountant asks.

And a Monday email that tells you what changed.

Every Monday the owner gets last week against the week before — sales by marketplace and account, top sellers, profit, shipping — and a short list of what needs attention, each a click from fixed.

  • A flag for sold items with no cost recorded, so profit isn’t overstated
  • Schedule C summary and 1099-K reconciliation in Excel, PDF or CSV
  • What to buy next: items ranked by profit per month, with what’s running out

Built in, not bolted on.

The details that keep a multichannel store honest — part of the same system, so nothing is typed twice.

  • One SKU, every marketplace

Same SKU on another marketplace is the same item, never a duplicate.

  • Sync review

When a marketplace’s copy differs, D9 shows both and you choose.

  • Pack & verify

Scan every unit into the box before the label prints.

  • Serial / IMEI tracking

Record which unit shipped; a return is checked against it.

  • Ship-together boxes

A buyer’s orders to one address become one box.

  • Labels & rate shopping

Shippo labels, thermal 4×6 printing and DYMO item labels with QR codes.

  • Ctrl / ⌘ K

Jump to any order, buyer, listing, serial or message.

  • Monday digest

Last week vs the week before, and what needs you.

  • Payouts, reconciled

Actual fees from eBay, Amazon and Walmart payouts replace estimates.

  • QuickBooks Online

One journal entry per marketplace per day (Pro and up).

  • Roles & two-factor

Owner, admin, manager, warehouse and read-only; authenticator 2FA.

Questions sellers ask before they move over

Still curious? Browse the help center or talk to a human.

Which marketplaces does D9Commerce work with?

eBay, Walmart, Amazon and Back Market — listings, quantities, prices, orders, shipping, returns and messages, each through the marketplace’s own API. Shopify and WooCommerce stores can be connected too, and you can connect more than one account per marketplace.

What does D9 Vision AI actually do?

It reads your item photos — labels, model numbers, visible wear — and drafts the title, condition, description and item specifics, plus catalog matches picked from real marketplace results. Nothing is saved until you review it. A full listing from photos is 3 credits.

How does D9 keep me from overselling?

Every SKU is one D9 item across your marketplaces. When something sells, D9 sends the new quantity to each marketplace first and records it in the stock ledger only once the marketplace accepts it. Views for over-listed stock and listings that still need ending catch the rest — and you can fix them in bulk.

Will a sync overwrite my listings?

No. Stock and sold / ended status update automatically, but a sync never replaces your title, description or price in D9. When the marketplace’s copy differs, it waits in the sync review for you to choose which side wins.

Do you charge per order?

No. Every plan includes unlimited orders. Your software bill shouldn’t grow because your sales did.

How do D9 AI credits work?

Every plan includes monthly AI credits (a credit is 10¢). A full listing from photos with D9 Vision AI is 3 credits; price research and a white-background photo clean-up are 1 credit each, and straightening is free. Extra packs start at 50 credits for $5, and purchased credits never expire.

Can I bring my existing listings?

Yes. Connect a marketplace account and D9 imports your active listings and orders, then links listings that share a SKU to one item.

What about taxes?

The Profit page tracks fees, cost of goods, label spend and refunds, then exports a Schedule C summary and a per-marketplace 1099-K reconciliation in Excel, PDF or CSV for your accountant.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, no card required. When the trial ends, nothing is deleted — choose a plan to keep using D9Commerce; your listings, inventory and orders are right where you left them.

Your next listing is one photo away.

Bring your eBay, Walmart, Amazon and Back Market store into D9Commerce today. Shoot the next item, review the draft, and publish it everywhere.
